DESCRIPTION:Mercy Care for the Adirondacks is pleased to welcome Jane Stratton in leading and facilitating a day-long retreat focused on Caring for the Human Spirit in Times of Crises. The retreat will be held on June 13\, 2024\, from 10:00 am – 2:30 pm at Paul Smith’s College Visitor Interpretive Center\, 8023 State Route 30\, Paul Smiths NY 12970. \nThe day will integrate our personal spiritual journeys with the ministry we share in times of crises. We will discover how the desire for relationship is literally wired in our brains. Then we will explore the need of all human persons for spiritual relationships in times of crisis and stress. Most importantly we will open ourselves to the source of all relationships. \nRegistration fee is $20 which includes lunch. If you prefer to pay by check\, please mail to Mercy Care for the Adirondacks\, 185 Old Military Rd\, Lake Placid\, NY 12946 and call Lexi Bevilacqua 518-523-5446 to RSVP. \nMercy Care offers a registration scholarship for those who may be experiencing financial hardship.
