The forum will be June 7\, 2023\, from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm at Paul Smith’s College\, 7833 NY-30\, Paul Smiths\, NY.  The all day event will focus on the topics of Ageism\, and the Master Plan on Aging in New York. \nWe are excited to introduce our Keynote Speakers: \nAnn Monroe\, President Emeritus of the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York \nGreg Olsen\, Director of NYS Office for the Aging \nAdam Herbst\, Esq.\, Deputy Commissioner of NYS Department of Health \nHeidi Hayes\, Director of the Center for Long Term Care  \nRegistration cost is $25.00 which includes lunch. If you prefer to pay by check\, please mail to Mercy Care for the Adirondacks\, 185 Old Military Rd\, Lake Placid\, NY 12946 and call Karen Rodriguez 518-523-5685 to RSVP. \nMercy Care offers a registration scholarship for those who may be experiencing financial hardship.
