/in Mercy Care EventsLake Placid— On April 25, 2024 the Mercy Care Garden Club planted the seeds so that we have an abundance of starter plants for the Mercy Care Garden plot at the Lake Placid Community Garden. It was an enjoyable afternoon of interactive learning, plant care tips from some of our Master Gardeners, and wonderful socialization.

/in Mercy Care EventsLake Placid— On March 21st, 2024 Mercy Care for the Adirondacks hosted a full audience for their Technology Assistance Workshop at High Peaks Church in Saranac Lake. With programming led by Mercy Care Friendship Volunteer Scott Baerman and Jerry Manor of SeaComm, Volunteers and Elders learned technology tips and tricks for using iPads and cell phones, as well as how to avoid Scams aimed at older adults.
